I watched about 76 fewer movies than I did
last year. There's a variety of things that contributed to this: no more netflix, less ability to make interlibrary loans, fewer friends who are cinephiles. Also, I admit that I'm having a little bit of trouble getting excited about movies, lately. I'm waiting to find another director like Perminger, or Hitchcock, or Buster Keaton whose movies all demand watching. If you have an ideas, suggestions are more than welcome.
