We've Up And Pushed Too Far.

My E drive decided to all of a sudden 'lose' 3/4 of the folders in there. It's my rather large drive that has almost EVERYTHING on it. Folders were there one second and then out of the blue I was error'd all over the place and they were GONE.
So I started a disk check, which is taking forever and I'm convinced is STUCK because it's been replacing the bad clusters in the same file for two hours. I'm just too afraid to hit the restart button and make things worse.
And it's things like this that are exactly why I told my mom that all I wanted was a new computer. I knew something like this was coming. FAIL COMPUTER, FAIL.
I think I might try for more sleep. Maybe. After I eat this orange.
