CLEARING BACKLOG which I was supposed to do in my previous update but was cut off abruptly because SCHOOL =_=
Here we go again~
DAY 25
Met Sarah who's here for her pre-exchange trip~ had lunch around my area and then brought her around the neighbourhood (aka common ground lolol) for photoshoot HAHA.
Went to take a stroll inside the mall to see all of their expensive artsy stuff. It was really a place filled with creativity and had a very indie vibe to it. Sort of like an atas scape!
Sarah went to the hair salon to get some hair treatment and I went to Tom N Toms for some ~alone time~ aka ITINERARY PLANNING
When Sarah was done, we hopped over to Apgujeongdong rodeo street which was the most atas part of Seoul. The streets were lined with interational brands and plastic surgery clinics, but this was also the "Hallyu street" of Korea where all the Kpop stars supposedly hang out.
Sarah really wanted to check out this store called "Beakers" which was like a high-end concept store that sold almost everything from clothes to skincare to kitchenware. As usual, everything inside cost an arm and a liver so I touched everything but bought nothing HAHAHA
rag and bone hor mai siao siao one wallet costs $800 minimum okay
AND FINALLY THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY - MY FIRST BASEBALL MATCH!!!!!
Prior to my exchange, I had zero knowledge of baseball games and how it worked. Even so, I always wanted to attend a baseball match in Korea because it was the national sport that almost all Koreans identified with, supported and loved. Doosan was a crowd favourite so I decided to watch a Doosan game as my first baseball match experience in order to avoid disappointment. INDEED. 1 match was all it took to convert me as a Doosan fan!!!!!!!!!
What I really loved about this sport in Korea is that almost every Korean is a fan of it, and everyone was so energetic and enthusiastic in cheering for their team, it was almost like their lives depended on it. And more so, they even had specific songs to cheer to for every single player in the team PLUS they had songs they sang for the team as well. So whenever it was a particular player's turn to bat, the crowd would all sing his personalized cheer and if they played well, the crowd goes CRAZY and cheers even louder. Could you imagine what happens when somebody hits homerun? I loved that everybody's energy bounced off one another and it doesn't matter whether you know baseball or not, or whether you're local or not. As long as you're sitting at the same same box, you're a team.
Sunset over the Jamsil Baseball Stadium
Special event where everyone turned on their torchlights and sang to some baseball song~
DAY 27
Day trip out to Anseong Farmland~ took a 1hr bus from Nambu Bus Terminal to Gongdo, and then a short 10min cab ride to Anseong Farmland~~~
First time taking a cab sooooo excited hahahaha
Finally reached!! kiasi me decided to wear long sleeved top with my ah ma pants (going for the farmer look ma) cause I thought it'd be cold at the countryside but NO IT WAS SO BLOODBOILING-LY HOT I regretted my wardrobe choice the entire day cries
Anyways Anseong Farmland is basically an animal farm that is about 3-4x the size of Dairy Farm but with much more animals. There were also huge grass patches around the farm that made the entire place looked very picturesque (ie instaworthy) and 广阔~
got feel hor
WHAT A PRETTY COW!!!!!
LOOK it clearly wants to be friends with me

Have I mentioned how much I hate ostriches (is this the correct plural form?) because of their necks. Their necks are toooooo bendy and I get very grossed out by it. It's the same as how I feel towards acrobats who can do bend their body parts in ways that NORMAL HUMANS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO!!! WHY WOULD YOU WNA DO THAT TO YOURSELF!!!!!!
oh hai u look like a wise old goat
I was so amused when I heard that sheeps literally make the "meh-heh-heh-eh" sound I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS OVERSENSATIONALIZED BY COMMON FOLKS guess I was wrong
this little girl snuck into the piglets' pen hahahaha but she got scared and started crying when one of the piglets started walking towards her LOLOLOL
doe a deer a female deer~
INSTAWORTHY RIGHT
This looks like the image I always see when I do my preliminary eye check up test........ Except that one has a road leading to this exact same house
IT'S SO FLUFFY I WNA DIEEEEE
There was also a trickeye museum-ish exhibition at the farmland but I think I've seen better trick eye exhibitions hahaha
HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY was indoor horse riding!!!!!!! We had to pay extra for this but since we were here..... Might as well. It was so much scarier than I thought because I was constantly being jerked up and down from the horse's trodding motion and I always feel as if the horse was gna knock down the cones when it turns corners BUT OVERALL it was a really really really good experience!!! For a moment I really felt like one of those rich kids in high school who take horseback riding lessons in kdramas HAHAHAHAH xiang tai duo
Taking the most bo hua tractor ride around the farm
And this concludes our day trip!!
My old and frail laptop is beginning to protest this sudden upload of data so it's a bit sot diao now. This means that I would have to play safe and publish this draft first and then continue the rest of my backlog in another post lololol see you in a while~
