Okay guys, I'm making a website for my favorite actress Tina Maddigan and I need help on the coding/html stuff. Does anyone know someone who can help? My site is on GeoCities and is a paid account. I need help with making the background not repeat/pattern, someone who knows how to do image mapping and know how to make a scrolling thing so I can ( Read more... )

I'm the co-owner of the other Tina site. We had Christy, rockthesoul_05 code ours. Sorry that you think we stole your name, it was honestly the only one available, so we're sorry about that. This is why we asked if you wanted to collaborate with us, so there wouldn't be any competition or hard feelings or anything like that, but I respect that you want to do your own thing. We just didn't want to have anything happen because of there being more than one fansite for Tina, because that's happened with other fansites of ours. But anyway, we had rockthesoul_05 code ours. Best of luck with your site.

Thank you SO much for the advice. I really apperciate it. It's just frustrating when another Tina site pops up, but I understand she's growing in popularity and that makes me happy. I'm not jealous of your site at all. Ours are both similar and different. :) Just wondering, how many sites do you guys run all together and how many of you are there? lol :)

No problem. I know what you mean haha. At first I was like "Ughhhh another fansite, go awayyy" but I guess it's good that she's gaining popularity! And the reason we're making fansites is to bring Tina fans together, right?
Umm on the Tina site there's Bob (owner), me (Shannon, co-owner)and we have a couple other people that are helping out too.
I work on a few other sites with basically the same people lol, suttonfoster.org, bethleavel.org, amy-spanger.com, and jessicalgoldyn.com haha.

I made an image map, but I guess I did it wrong. I also would like the bg to stop repeating and I think that may be why my image map isn't working, but I'm not sure. I also would like to figure out how to make my text scroll. If you can help me out with any of this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
