Why? Why is Singapore education so _________?
Ahhh. My Prelims suck like hell. How sucky? Not even an A2. The highest grade I got was B3 and it was for EMaths which I felt that I could actually do better. And I am very disappointed in myself. I failed my Physics. Mr Koh was like asking what's wrong with me lah. Damn. I was actually holding back tears leh, I screwed up both Paper 1 and 2 and it was supposed to be an easy paper.
Sad thoughts aside, I passed my Combined Humanities. Thanks to Ms Yeo who helped me get 4 more marks from Geography to pass. Yeah. And I was contented with my Elect History result. 35/50. Highest was Isaac with 37/50. That was the paper which I wrote about the Geneva Peace Accord. Thankfully, my other factors and my SBQ helped me. And it turned out that one of the factor really had Geneva in it, it was Geneva Convention. LOL. Pray hard that I do well for my Pure History man, then at least I can get a B3. English was ok, I got B4. My oral lah, zzz.
Overall, my Prelims still suck. Anyway, I'm not so looking forward to next Friday because it's Meet-The-Parents Session and the start of Prelims 2. And teachers are always so duh, they compare rankings and marks. It's like so not accurate since everybody have different subject combinations. Plus they looked at the average to determine the ranking. So say, Mdm Yong was strict and gave us all low marks in our Higher Chinese, then our average would be pulled down, A LOT. And then they will look at your L1R5 and then blah blah the usual thing. Sigh. I am dreading it, I got a feeling I will be getting Mr Koh for Meet-The-Parents again. I want Ms Yeo leh.

I hope to score well for my Prelims 2. I need to buck up on my Sciences and Amaths and Geography and Social Studies.
