today has been such a lovely day. the road to today has been full of bumps, but it feels almost like the beginning of something new for me. i'm in love enough, and comitted enough, to make things better, to keep things the way they are now. the boy that's in the living room we spent all week painting, watching giant robots and explosions and tinkering with his surround sound system means the world to me.

fireworks are going off outside, and inside too.
