At The Gailee By Celtic Women

Things are much better in my life. :)

This weekend was sweet. It was quite a bit of exactly what I needed. Yesterday I ran some errands, and then met EZ, Holly, Molly, and Marc at the Zaleski's. After EZ, Mol, and I stopped at the hospital (well, they went in with Mary and Dave, I babysat Picasso in Mary's car because I don't fair too well in hospitals)to visit Granny Hoble, we set off for K-zoo. It was a quick car trip. Am I going to have to start going on really long trips to get a road-trip feel? lol. For now I think I'll blame it on the fact that I didn't make an appropriate road-trip playlist for my Ipod. :-P

Sam was amazing in Reefer Madness (but as a gay wigger Jesus, how could he not be?), and the show itself was pretty good as well. Afterwards we went to Applebee's, and then to St. Jo!

I love St. Jo. I think it's because I always feel totally welcome there. We were really only there for like...10 hours, but it was still amazing...except for the whole...sleeping thing. lol. Put 6 people in a very small room, and no one will sleep very well. Lucky for me, I've been very sleep deprived for the last three weeks or so (I think I need to switch sleep meds), so it wasn't a big deal. I started getting a little crabby around 10, but that subsided until I got reeaaally tired around 1.

But Grandma Don made crumb cake! :-D That makes everything wonderful.

Tonight was also MP Harris' birthday party. It was a lot of fun. After the actual party, we ventured to the Zaleski's. Matt dressed in drag (if anyone asks, he was drunk), and Cree made a cake. Well, if by "made" you mean "mix ingredients to make batter", and "cake" you mean "something that resembles blood". It never reached it's recipient, unfortunately. lol.

Then at midnight we all went to Starbucks so that Molly could break Lent.

Happy Easter, everybody! :-)
