(no subject)
Things that are great about today:
1. I felt really good about my sightsinging dictation final. This is a first. I usually feel awful about them and this one felt alright.
2. Coffee with friends is always good.
3. Great really productive lesson. I started feeling really good about myself and my jury.
4. I got an A on my music history notebook. This was not surprising, but still nice.
5. I only made one huge mistake in my tap final. This is good for me. If it weren't a pass/fail class, I might have even gotten an A. Plus, I'm done with tap forever :)
6. My parents sent me a cookie cake!!
7. My secret santa wrote me a kick ass poem. I was very impressed. It used big words and they obviously know me pretty well...I have a few ideas...but I'm not saying anything yet ;-)
8. My friends are amazing. This is not just today, but overall. They're amazing.
9. Jennifer Kay (my former diction teacher) teaches the voice minors and piano ed majors who have to take voice lessons. Their studio recital was tonight and it was so good. And so were Jennifer's cupcakes. I miss her. A lot.
10. I made fudge for friends and they were all so surprised and excited and happy and appreciative and it made me feel really good.
Ok, the end of the list. But yes, today was such a good day and I'm happy. Yay. Ok...off to do my last ever theory homework for this semester :)
