First day of work was today. It was really fun. I came there and got a tour of the facilities and then greeted the campers for this week. Then, I was given the opportunity to be the assistant teacher for the dance/movement portion of the camp so I got to help the instructor, who is really cool, teach the kids the dances. Some of the little kids were really cute and kept giving me nicknames. We taught four classes. Then I got to go to the stage room and hear some things about the business. Overall, it's a really nice job and I think I will have a lot of fun and gain a lot of experience working there. I am supposed to be working full time which will be crazy but really good.
Then my mom picked me up and I wasn't able to go to ballet which majorly sucked, but perhaps all the work I did today made up for it.
I have an interview scheduled at William and Mary for Monday and I'm wondering if I should follow through with it. I think I want to go. I'm not sure if I want to go to that school but I think it will give me some insight on what I should do for college since I've been so confused. Today somewhat helped though. I like teaching children.
I have work tomorrow until five and then I think I'm going to have a driving lesson. I've been driving more often lately and it's nice to know that I might have my license before the end of the summer.
Btw, thanks Amira and
pegasusrising for wishing me a happy birthday.
