hgtv is addicting. i watched house hunters, and this women bought a beautiful chicago loft. i want one. real estate fascinates me for some reason. apparently, austin, tx is the cheapest place in the u.s. to live. it's amazing what you can get for a pretty low price, considering the rest of the country. ann arbor is really good, too. i'm taking that as a sign.
