No Subject, j0!
No work again today. Not because I'm off, but because I've had a headache since I woke up at 7 am this morning. Needless to say, I feel very, very bleh right now, and I'm probably gonna go back to bed after I write this.
Working on SG has become an even more arduous task now that I'm actually TRYING to keep ahead of the players. I often wonder if it's supposed to be this monotonous a task, and if other GMs and DMs go through the same thing.
In the mean time, when I haven't really felt like working on Second Gaia stuff (which is disturbingly often, I've come to realize), I've been looking at Chrono Crisis. The more I work on it, the more I'm tempted to turn it into a Final Fantasy with Time Travel. That's how difficult it's been to determine what rules I can and can't use, and how to fix the ones that do work... For example, I don't WANT to use the Class system, but the PBCS is full of holes. The Job System is starting to look a lot better for this... I suppose I'll have to think about that one.
I've also been considering looking at Mekton Z. I've heard of the system and it's supposedly really good for sci-fi mecha combat. I'll probably get the book during Spring 2003 sometime...
I suppose it's pretty bad that I'm already planning what I'm going to do after I graduate from LTC... It's strange, but I still want to be a teacher. I'd explain why, but nobody wants to hear that mushy crap, right? Right. =P
