You ever witness or see something that almost in a way changes you or makes you think or re-evaluate things............
Sunday on my way home from a catering job back to the hall I was driving south down I94 I had just passed the beginning part of the 696 I94 interchange when I see a truck barreling down on me that had just gotten on 94 from 11 mile. At this point I'm thinking shit cuz I was doing like 90mph obviously blowing by traffic wanting to get home to check out my new vid card in action. But then I realize he doesn’t want me he has something going on. So I get to about the end of the interchange and I see him stop and there are gawkers slowing down. So I'm like ok there’s an accident as I get closer I see a car up on the embankment sideways...so at this point I'm like damn nice job.....I get a little closer and I see skid marks going across the 2 right lanes up on to the embankment and the car is sitting on the little kind of half retainer wall under the first bridge after the inter change....I get a little closer and a see a Female in the drivers seat air bag deployed and she is obviously in shock.......at this point I'm like psshhhht woman driver then she in her obvious hysteria she turns and looks in my direction........I start to realize how serious it was.......she was covered in blood and pretty messed up......as I passed by the accident I start to see the other side of the car.....my first thought was my god I hope there isn’t a passenger....you see from this view I could see that the car was pretty well wrapped around the bridge supports....the passenger side of the car was non existent the bridge pillar was in the place of were the passenger seat would be and stopped about were a center console would belong with the scene of the accident there were a few people standing on the side of the road two people stuck out in my mind a guy and a girl the guy was holding the girl and she had her head buried in his chest in terror ......my conclusion from the skid marks was that the girl had lost control and the car pitched into a passenger side slide up the embankment along the half retainer wall almost in a skating grind slamming into and wrapping around the bridge pillar....maybe it was because I had witnessed it right after the accident occurred maybe it was the terrified look in the girls eyes, maybe it was just seeing a car mangled around a bridge wondering if there was indeed a passenger knowing that the unlucky soul had to be dead ......but it got me thinking about allot things and evaluating stuff wonder what I would do if that were someone I cared about......
