Pow, Patrick!
Two crazy old men just recorded an accapella version of the itsy bitsy spider. It was I! It was my friend Frank!
I´m in Krefeld, a town in Germany visiting Frank (Motion_Runner), a MUCH delayed and anticipated visit.
I´ve been bicycling around the town during the day waking up at 11 am or 12, and he has been going off to work at 7 in the morning. It´s been raining and two days ago it snowed a miserable snow, my jacket was soaked and my hands froze. But coming back to the house was very good as Frank has lots of spaghetti here.
Tomorrow at noon I´m going to the local Kindergarten to perform a concert for the kids! The musician of the kindergarten complained about the terrible childrens songs he´s constantly forced to perform, so I´m going to bring ´Octopus´s Garden´ and ´Itsy Bitsy Spider´ and a German song Frank taught me, about the goings on of various animals, and then a song by me, oh and ´Bruder Hans´.
I don´t have the means for a grand painting, I have but simple poetry, but I would like us all to imagine an image in our minds:
Me, chasing my friend Patrick across a grassy plane, my fists whirling, a willow tree in the distance, when I catch him I surely pummel him. Pow Pow Pow!
