Here's to 2007!
Recap of 2006:
1. Graduated College (Undergrad--B.A. baby!)
2. Moved to Minnesota (with just my dog) by driving halfway across the country
3. Got a "real" job (aka salaried)
4. Parted ways with Dann (in terms of dating, not in terms of friendship)
5. Fell in L-O-V-E (with a monster named Sammy, whom I now live with)
6. Became obsessed with High School Musical (and Zac Efron in the process)
7. Traveled to Mexico and California (two firsts) and swam in the Pacific Ocean
8. Fell in love (again) with my Little (I love you, Dublin!)
9. Started volunteering again (even coordinating volunteering events)
10. Played co-rec Softball (as a grown-up...it's allowed.)
Wow, it was really hard to come up with those last two. I'm sure I've done bigger things in '06 than softball and volunteering, so remind me and I can put down those other things instead.
Is it sad that I only came up with 8 defining points of 2006? Oh well. The first four are pretty damn major.
So, onward and upward. The goal for 2007 is slightly tweaked from last year's goals (lose weight and don't get fired...well, I got one of them...) and I stole this year's from my Big (love you, Big!)
My goal for 2007 is to make myself into someone I can love completely, both through my own eyes and someone else's. That means the whole package...looks, life, achievements, and beliefs.
Despite facebook not letting me be in a complicated relationship with myself, I'm off to a good start.
