Turrets of the face

I last posted about the time that I got a new job. It was within advertising, and as I discovered, very much not for me. This is probably a good conclusion to come to as on Friday I was let go. My position was made redundant, but becasue I was still within the agreed probation period, no reason had to be given.

Have been through the tears, the anger and blissful joy, this weekend.

On the plus side, they're paying me for the next three weeks even though I am no longer in the office. On the bad side, I now have to go back to the drawing board.

Grr

Maybe now is the time to do what I have wanted to do for a long time, get a well paying job and save up to open my own shop (in about 5 years once the economy starts to improve, of course). Well paid, but boring I'd wager.

Another plus - at least, at least I'll have time to post more.

In other news, my two favourite ladies took me to Claridges for tea on Sunday evening for my birthday present. I nearly tried to steal the tea set and the tiny, tiny sugar tongs. Also discovered that I have turrets of the face when I see a particularly upsettingly bad pair of shoes. Thankfully there were far more beautiful pairs of shoes on show, including a particualrly nice pair of leboutins on Vistoria Beckhams feet. YES THEY WERE BOTH HAVING TEA AT THE SAME TIME AND PLACE AS US. Kaz even had a bitch face off with her. Em and I are so proud.

Question, Dean/Castiel - hot or creepy? I'm assuming it would be hideously blasphemous, yes?

dean/castiel, what ho, job rant, unashamed celebrity spotting, high tea
