Evil step-(grand)mothers
I left the hospital early with my aunt. When my mom and my other aunt got back the 3 of the started talking and I was just there listening. They started talking about money and how they still needed some to pay for the surgery. Somehow that turned in to talking about my grandpa's wife. My mom and aunt1 were talking about how she's really fake. And aunt1 was saying how when my grandpa got out of surgery the nurses would only let one person go in so she went, since his wife was not there at the time. When she got back to the hospital a while later apparently she asked the nurse if she could go in and see him, so the nurse went in and asked aunt1 if they could switch, my aunt said ok. So she got out. By that time Step grandmother had gone back to the lobby and the nurse was waiting by the door to let her in. My mom finaly had to tell the nurse that she wasn't going after all. Apparently she had just told the nurse that she wanted to see him to get my aunt out.
So aunt2 starts defending her saying how she was probably just nervous or something. My mom and aunt1 were saying no, she's just evil. So finaly my mom and aunt1 tell aunt2 that she's been saying things about my uncle (her husband - their brother). Apparently she said that he never visits them and doesn't give them money. And how aunt2 is always annoyed when she has to give them rides places, and doesn't seem to want to do it. So aunt2 gets all offended (rightfully) and she was like "I never thought she was that kind of person... something somethign... I don't care what she says about me, but to say that my husband doesn't help his own father... something something" anyway she was really mad.
Then my mom told another story about how after her mom died her son (my mom's half-brother) kept visiting my grandpa. Apparently evil step grandmother didn't like it and she told my other uncle's wife "I don't know why he keeps visiting. He's not his real son. He's the dead lady's son." Which is a pretty freakin' evil thing to say.
Anyway... that's pretty much the end of that story. I knew my mom and aunt and uncles didn't like her. But I didn't know she was so mean and fake and evil.
