I had that problem once, reverse the boys and girls.

I suggest you just:
A) roll the dice.
B) X way paper siccors rock, *x = number of guys
C) flip a coin a couple times til only one is left.
D) make a spreadsheet with the differnt guys and their "qualities" then choose from there...
E) put their names into a hat and pick one.
F) pick someone who isnt someone in your list, so you dont dissapoint anyone...too much.
G) Hold a contest, and the winner is, well, the winner.

I wouldnt worry about it too much.
