...tangled up in blue...

It would be great it I could finish this entry before the shots of Bombay sit in.

It is my brothers 20th birthday. He has already puked and then kept drinking. He makes me proud. He is now playing a shock game but putting the sensors on his nipples. Ouch.

I fear that my deodorant might smell like Cabbage Patch dolls. Speaking of which- many members of the music therapy department are convinced deodorant will give you cancer. So more than half have stopped using. This provides for a very interesting (?) learning environment during class. If you are curious about getting breast cancer go here: http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/antiperspirant.asp

Otherwise, wear deodorant. For my sake.

I should be writing a paper on infant preferences of auditory stimuli.. but I my brain can not comprehend the research right now.

So I am very upset about an incident that went down with one of my best friends this weekend. She was pulled over and very badly harassed and blackmailed by a cop. He is still blackmailing her.. saying this matter must be discussed over dinner. I am so angry and wish she would report him. She just wants the whole incident to go away. Perhaps this makes no sense. Fucking power trips. Even if she were to go report it- would the police protect their own??? Argh. If she doesn't report it, then it continues. I should just let her make her own decisions.

So I heard winter was officially declared over. This is sad. I never got to wear my pink scarf.

Seriously. I have drank way too much in the past few days. I went to Auburn this weekend and got a little out of control. I have never been denied into a bar, but what do you know- there is always a first time for everything.

Okay. Must stop....

My roommates sister works in England as a proofreader or whatever you call them. And they laugh whenever she says period (as in the end of a sentence) because they only use that word to describe the "menstrual cycle." I want to live in England.

P.S. I got chosen to present for an hour at the regional MT conference on burned children. HUGE HONOR. I will end on that because it is more pleasant.
