Interview Part 2
This went much better than the first part! For one, I went to the right place which is always helpful! It was a group interview and I knew most of my group so it was comfortable and I felt like less pressure was on me! I'm worried that I might have been too quiet, but I think I contributed a good deal. We find out monday if they picked us..I'm super nervous! I really really want it! Monday needs to hurry up and get here!
Christian Finnegan
I'm pretty positive that he's the funniest comedian that I've ever seen in person! First off, we had to pick him up from the metro at 8:30..he was supposed to go on at 9...he calls us around 8:30 and says that he got on the wrong metro and had to go back to Rosslyn...he ended up not getting there till 9:20 and spent the entire car trip calling himself a douchebag and other things! I laughed from the minute I shook his hand, till he left! HILARIOUS!! He's funny on Best Week Ever, but that doesn't do him justice since they only get to talk for like 30 seconds! Funniest part of the show was when some boys were going to the convenience store and Christian stopped them...gave them a hard time...only to find out that they were in high school...a private Catholic high school at forensics tournament! Their advisor came in and yelled at him for saying sexual lude things to young boys...Christian gave it right back to the guy including my new favorite insult "nice mandals" hahaha! that dude is HILARIOUS!! oh man!
Art Museum
not exciting at all...but i feel smart and grown up after going there today! i have to write a paper for western civ and I think I'm ganna do a good job on it based on what i jotted down in my notebook today! I'm proud of myself in that class...history, class discussion and art projects are not my forte, and I've really surprised myself with how well I've done..especially class discussions! I even started our discussion last week
Shopping
I went birthday shopping today with my mom..my birthday is more than a month away! I wanted summer clothes and mom went for it! only problem is that she's holding all of it hostage except one pair of capris (i expressed the necessity that i have them to wear to the tolcher concert)! I got lots of cute stuff..and only went to two stores..American Eagle and H&M...i love shopping for me :)
I can't go a whole entry without complaining so...
-i hate bad attitudes and mood swings...i try so hard and it's impossible to make everyone happy!
-i hate being a girl..uggh craaampppps!
-i wanna sleep in my bed at home...i haven't been there in quite awhile
