One week left
In exactly one week I will be back home. In many ways I am happy but also sad too. Philly is such a beautiful place and i love it here! these are the things i'm coming home with:
*An appreciation for everything that I have in life, especially friends, family, and health
*a few great new relationships with people that have really helped me to have fun here, people that i've come to love
*a shitload of new clothes, some expensive, some not
*a new perspective on the musical theatre world, from the pros, the teachers, and the behind the scenes kind of people
*an idea on what college will be like and how life without mommy and daddy really is (it sucks, I can't take care of myself)
*the knowledge of laundry, cooking, cleaning, and being an "adult" (i use that term loosely)
*a very beautiful and lovely tattoo!!! WOOHOO!!!!!
and this is a list of all the things i will be coming home to that i am very thankful for:
*a comfortable bed
*a clean bathroom
*home-cooked food
*friends and family that i love so much ( i cry every time i talk to any of you on the phone)
*my car....oh baby i miss you
*alcohol and all the good stuff that comes with it
*my cat...who sent me a card reminding me he missed me too
*life where there isn't the sound of an ambulance every half an hour
*my cows and piggys!!!
*my very pregnant sister
can't wait to see everyone! everyone is invited to my big "welcome home bash" i'm ot sure when or where it will be, but it will be, i promise you that! also for all of my girlfrinds... i am planning that one evening the week i get back we should all go to ad's because i REALLY miss that restaurant....A LOT love ya's and see ya in a week!
