I demonstrated with the No on Prop 8 campaign from 6-10 last night. We went downtown to Horton Plaza and then back to Hillcrest. I feel shaky this morning. I am REALLY uncomfortable approaching people on the street. I am always one of those people who hates to be approached by people with clipboards. I think I'm still on an adrenaline rush from the experience.
I felt I needed to do something to show my support, and I wish I was more at ease with asking people to volunteer for the cause. I signed up to help out on Election Day, too.
