(no subject)
Okay so yesterday... well, I had to do a big presentation in my language arts class and I just HAD to get it overwith and do it the second day. So I ended up spending the whole night working on EVERYTHING. I had put it off so long, I had to write a page and a half, make a poster, cook a food called kugelis, plus I had tons of other homework that I didn't even finish and had to finish in class today. And then when I tried to cut a few inches off the end of the posterboard, there were four of them under it and I didn't know, so I ended up cutting a bunch off all the other boards, too. It just seemed like everything was going wrong yesterday. PLUS, it's "that time of the month" and I was getting ticked off at EVERYONE, especially my mom. Oh, and in theater arts class, the teacher noticed I had a piece ripped off of my script (I was using it to cover up my lines so I could memorize them) and said, "Oh, very nice. I love it when people keep everything so organized," (sarcasm obviously) and then took my paper and whacked me on the head with it. :(
Well, my speech went pretty well. It had to be 7-10 minutes or she would take points off. And every time I practiced it, it ended up just over 10 minutes. But today it ended up as 8 minutes. Yay! :D A+, here I come. Oh and yesterday in theater, there was a noise that sounded like the bell and so we all started packing up to go and 5 people left, but then the teacher said that it wasn't the bell and we all sat back down, except for those 5 people who accidentally left early. Then, being the evil person she is, she wrote down their names and gave them all detentions and yelled at them today. I was sitting there thinking, "sheez, it was an accidet! It's not 'ditching' like you say it is. I almost left, too!" Once that woman makes up her mind, she won't listen to a word anyone says to defy her. I used to think she was pretty cool and funny, but now... ugh. She can be so rude... But other than that, theater was fun today. Me and the 5 other people in my group have to do a scene from The Diary Of Anne Frank, just like everyone else in the class, and I'm playing Anne. I'm so tired right now from playing it with chairs and such set up like the set is gonna be when we perform. Cuz Anne is constantly moving around and wrestling this one guy and jumping all over the place and, wow that kid had a lot of energy! And, yes, I have to wrestle a guy... on the ground... while shouting, "Don't! Don't! Peter, stop it! Ouch!" -sick thoughts- ;D
Korinne is really cool. Not as a possible crush -cough- but as a friend. I used to think she wasn't that nice, just really cool, but now she seems really nice, too. Yesterday we helped this new girl find out where to buy lunch and now she's hanging out with us. Plus, Korinne helped her open her locker (or attempted to anyway). Korinne is so awesome. :) She's funny and hyper, yet calm and dark at the same time. And she's really smart, too. She kinda likes to cause trouble and stuff, but she knows when she needs to let it go. Unlike Devan, she'll forget her "reputation" and run away from a fight if she has to. Devan just fought everyone to look cool. Korinne knows other things are more important. She's tough on the outside, but actually nice and caring on the inside. Well, maybe caring isn't the right word, but... you know. She's so much like me, yet also what I want to be. I think I'm starting to make friends here. I don't like Chevaun at all anymore and Laura's okay and we ditched Alicia a long time ago, but I'm starting to be pretty good friends with Amanda, Brittainy, and obviously Korinne. I wish I could hang out with Korinne more often, but she sort of likes to be the loner, so at PE and in the morning, she doesn't want to hang out with anyone, she just stays by herself. I dunno, she's just really cool and I hope we become better friends... and I hope she stays next year. She says she doesn't like this school and might not come back next year... :(
Korinne's... "hug-aphobic"... so at PE, just to bug her, Brittainy goes up to her and hugs her. And Korinne runs away screaming and we laugh our heads off. :) Last week, Brittainy was standing in front of Korinne with her arms out ready to hug her and Korinne was, like, cowering, and suddenly Amanda came up from behind and hugged her! Korinne screamed and fell on the ground hahaha. And I hugged her a couple times to bug her, too. Today Brittainy told me to go hug her and at first I said no cuz I promised I would only do it once (and I had already hugged her a few days ago haha), but then Brittainy pushed me towards her and so I kinda had to hug her. So I did. :) And she screamed and started whacking me with her book. :) Then she ran away. :) Then later she ran up from behind me and grabbed me and yelled, "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?!?!" I laughed and said, "because I just love you soooo much!" Chevaun said there was a guy standing right there staring at me. hahahaha! Okay, this is a long pointless entry and I have homework so later!
