Last wednesday, a little over a week ago, i got my four impacted wisdom teeth removed. Of course they were jammed in my gums in a very peculiar way so it was a semi difficult process. i got sick from the painkillers :( so i was just taking ibruprofen and blah blah blah i was HOOOGE. my brother was calling me jiminy glick ;) hehe I'm still relatively sore, but much better, the swelling is almost all gone and today i finally was able to eat almost anything i wanted...hahah teh first three or four days after the surgery i could only eat w/ a baby spoon, my mouth wouldn't open any wider. ahhh i'm pathetic :-D for several days i just chilled and watched movies. i saw some good ones. Monsters inc. is very good. maybe it's b/c i'm a lil art chica or something but i'm just amazed at how amazingly awesome the animation is. it's ridiculous!!! not to mention the subtle nuances of the film that just are hilarious. jay and i had started to watch it the night before christmas break started, months ago, but of course i'm a loser and i fell asleep like ten minutes into it. so finally i got to see the whole thing. i also spent some time on the bonus cd seeing how pixar works. :( i wish i was into animation so i could work there. they have a monkey!!!!!! :-D hmmm what else. oh i saw I-spy. meh :( it was whatever. btw these movies were loaned to me by my brothers gf, so its not like i rented to them. kissing a fool is another one BUT the ONE that just amazed me and has made it onto my top ten list is the usual suspects. you always hear about it but i was like whatever, it'll just be ya know...but no it's not. i watched it while i was working on some stuff, but by the end i was l ike enthralled and i was like omigod! i love movies that you are like chunking away at material that suddenly just fits together perfectly and your mind has to move really fast to go back through the whole movie and put everything together :) i liked it enough that as soon as i was done i went to the audio commentary part and watched the entire movie again w/ the commentary on to see it again and see what they had to say about it. A+!!! Mmmm, oh and the other great thing about it is that kevin spacey is in it. I love him. :-D tonight i worked on my brothers belated birthday gift...yah his birthday was in november :-/ ooops...and i popped in memento which i have seen like 5 times before, starting when jeb wrote it on a cd for me before i went off to college for the first time. well apparently i have my own "condition" b/c i completely forgot parts of it, in fact, the whole basis of the movie i forgot. i soooo did not remember the ending, or rather beginning..it kinda freaked me out that i didn't remember. On the other hand it made a very pleasurable viewing experience since ya know, it was all new to me ;) hehe. i love that movie. again, one of those things you have to keep back tracking and adding things together. okay this was a horribly written entry, punctuation and coherent sentences are optional in here ;) hehe g'night!
