So much for a Happy Birthday... sorta... LOL
Yesterday was my 21st b-day. I had a fun night with Holly picking out Tiara's and balloons for Saturday (our big birthday bash) We went to the mall and shopped and then got a coffee.
But before all this happened (which makes me sad to think about) my dad came home from work and said he thinks there's something like a cat or something living in our garage. I said "does it have a pink collar?" and he said "yeah" well it was a kitten I saw the other night. I cam home and there was a cute kitten on our porch. I went to get it a can of tuna or milk or something and I came back and it was gone... well she found a nice spot in our garage between some pillows we have for our summertime patio set.
I brought it out some milk and it came out of it's spot right away. It's a very cute and friendly kitten. So I picked it up and put in in my coat with me to keep her warm. I brought her in my house to ask my mom what to do. We called the Humane Society to see if anyone is missing it. It had a pink collar...but no tags. I wanted to keep it so bad but we have a dog and the cat didn't seem to fond of that. lol
So I took it in my car and drove it to the Humane Society. It likes car rides! It was in the back seat and I tapped my hand on my front seat and said "come on" and it jumped right next to me, curled up in a ball to get warm by my heaters and stayed like that all the way there.
I was petting it all the way there. I had to let go for a few seconds to make a turn and she looked up at me and meowed as if to say "what the hell, you stopped petting me" lol it was too cute
I took her out of the car and she was meowing like crazy, I went to hand her to the security guy and she did not want to let me go. She got really attached to me, as I did to her. I got all emotional. I wanted to keep her and I still do. I just wish I knew she was going to a good home or something. Cause I asked the lady if they could let me know what happens to her and she said that it's "confidential" so I'm pretty pissed about that. I went back to my car crying, got home and cried and my mom cried with me lol. It sounds so dumb... but it's so weird this attatchment I have to this cat... ugh. I dunno what to do.
