Review: I gave this movie a 3.9 stars only because how they slowed the movie down and then sped it up.  They also gave long back stories to 5/7 evil ex-boyfriends/girlfriends and left two of them out without much of a backstory (including my favorite one).  [SPOILER] Scott Pilgrim is suppose to become this dynamic character in the end with "fighting for himself" instead of for Ramona, but it's completely random.  The whole movie is about him fighting for her and not for himself.  Maybe I missed it because I watched a bootlag copy of it, but I didn't see it.  I think the whole Knives turning into a Chinese Ninja could have been completely taken out and the movie would have still been great.  I wasn't that fond of Knives as a character in the first place.  [END SPOILER] There are some parts where the adrenaline rushes and others where you go, "aw!"  It's a good movie and definitely worth watching.  I think my rating is low only because I hyped up the movie so much and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be (and they threw all the good parts in the trailer).
