Good weekend home so far. Going back to work on Monday won't be that bad. I made my family a really bad ass dinner. I love feeding them. Chewie is having fun chasing all the kitties around the yard. Laney and I went to Pitkins & the General Store today to find Silly Bandz. I guess thats what second graders are really into these days. Jessica is sleeping a lot, she's having a baby in October. My birthday is in two months, almost exactly. Chewie's first birthday is just four days after my 20th. I feel so lucky to have him. I really want to see Cam & Zack. I've tried getting them to come visit me but they don't think I mean it when I say "lets hang out." Which, in most cases, is true. But I do miss them. I miss old friends from home a lot lately. My mom hasn't smoked in almost four weeks now. Thats awesome for her. I hope she can really really never smoke again. I expected her to be a terrible bitch when I got home (due to nonsmoking), but she's been surprising a lot of fun.
I miss Caleb, I wish he didn't work so much so he could come home with me more often.
My parents are um, going to see pop evil tonight. My mom is really into going to see pop evil...
I think Laney and I might go to a movie in town or something. Come with us.
Also, don't tell anyone I work with that I'm home for the weekend. See, I had Friday & Sunday of this weekend off. But I was scheduled for Saturday. And any other weekend in my life I would stay home (grand rapids) all weekend/work when I was supposed to. But this weekend.. I really wanted to visit my family. So, I called in to work for the VERY FIRST TIME in my life. I mean, I guess I've only been working at these places for about a year & a half now so.. maybe its still too soon to call-in. But everyone I work with calls in like every other week, so I decided I was taking today off. :D
omg, I feel bad just thinking about it. I woke up at like seven this morning, knowing I was going to call in (I was scheduled for 5pm), and it took me until 10:30 am to actually do it. It was pretty hard.
Anyway. Miss you all. Off to take care of dishes.
