Read through many many post... This summer has been so strange. Feeling very nostalgic. Some of my post here are SO FUNNY! and some so sad... I like the funny ones best. ;) I wish I had not been so cryptic in many bc even I don't know what I was saying!
Upbeat summer for me overall. Out of town most weekends which has been wonderful. I am so ready to leave Lafayette. Quite sad about not getting the Dal-Tile job, great interview. Another one is up, but I don't think it will pay well. I did send an email to inquire about it. I should hear back Monday. Do I really want to move to Nola? My uncle would looove that. Not Houston again... eeeshhh. San Antonio...yeah maybe. :)
It is taken me everything to not jump on house shopping! Can't get my hopes up. No idea what is to really come. I am optimistic.
It has been nice to feel more like myself again. I felt almost dead for 10 years. More energy, more emotions (a burden and a beautiful gift) and more general life in me.
Now that The Building has been donated to Lamar, Lafayette isn't much of an anchor for me. I have a really good job here though. I am a big believer in "meant to be", so maybe I can just run with that and see what comes up in Aug.
