Maybe wrong community

I moved over the USA almost seven years ago from England and although I'm not a citizen yet I have my permanent residency. My parents would like to retire and move over here. They are financially self sufficient, my Dad still works and will do for a few more years. He runs his own company etc etc. What I was wondering how easy it is for them to move over here and how long the process takes, what visas they can use stuff like that.

Also what websites would you recommend so they could find this information out before going and asking at the US Embassy?
