Quick Question
For you Americans now employed in the UK: how long of a wait was it between the interview and when you actually got your NI number? I had my interview already and it went fine, and they said that my application was very straightforward and there shouldn't be any problems, but I thought I'd ask around here for about how long it took. They said anywhere from five to eight weeks. It's not a huge deal for me, since it's a stipend for an internship I'm doing and I can wait to get paid, just wondering.
