I figured I'd share this with you guys for the WTF factor.
So, this guy from Maryland says he has a legit claim to being king of the IOM.

Hey, at least he wants to do charity work with his millions. Or something.
The guy's definitely some flavor of nuts. Reminded me of good ol' King Roy of Sealand. :)
