Craft stores?
Is there a crafty type chain store in the UK like Joann's or Micheal's? I want to do a few Halloween crafts but the local haberdasheries are rubbish even in London. Looking for things like silk flowers, ribbon by the meter, bases for wreathes, a selection of craft paper in different weights, etc.
