Wind farms

I was flipping through the channels and caught Look North and the discussion on wind farms in East Yorkshire. I heard people who were against it, one lady claiming it would wake her up in the night. My question is, are you for or against wind farms, and why?

From what I've read, it sounds like it will be good for the environment, so why would people be against them?
