So yeah i'm FUCKIN outta shape man. Wow. I could barely do my 2.2 mile run today. That's really sad. I went out at 11:20 and its HOT so yeah plus i run much easier and better at like 8-9 in the morning..maybe i'll do that tomorrow. Well, i must shower then try to find a pool buddy! :) Till next time...
