I'm not that obsessed with britney, it's just she was someone that I sort of gre up with seeing as I loved her music from her first single and obviously she grew up and I grew up with my music taste as well and all, but people were constantly asking me " why do you like her? she's such a slut " and I honestly don't know exactly why, but the fact that in defending my music taste brought me to defend her music as well made me appreciate it more. Lindsay Lohan, yeah to be honest though, all I commented on was her music and acting. And the Hilary Duff thing is a personal opinion, seeing how she gets on my nerves and all.. it's not set in stone. And Jamelia was a simple example of a typical "pop superstar" who people go ooooh she;s so amazing and perfect - which is alright and their opinion and all, it's just that sometimes people underestimate the lengths paparazzi go to get pictures and the media to get a story, and in my opinion, Jamelia is someone who only survives in the spotlight because of her singing voice which is good for her because that's how it should be, but if.. if she was given a chance to - ah this is too hard to explain. wait.. let me wake up first!
Okay I'll finish that one later but number two. Yeah I have a one in a "6 billion minus one" chance of meeting Reese Witherspoon, Gwen S (and the rest of ND), Britney and Lindsay Lohan, but it doesn't stop me from liking their music and films and my friends and other people have to understand that I am a very opinionated person!! Especially in terms of music. I form opinions about them because I know that not that many people (in my class at least) don't like the same interests as me and (no offense guys) but take any chance they get, especially a couple of people, to scoff at me whenever they can, and I hate when people just say they hate someone e.j Bush and you ask why and they go... uh he's stupid... and you ask WHY is he stupid.. and they really just don't know anything. So I like to be informed. Also I'm a bit of a film-lover and I like to look at characters in comparison to the actor.. you could say i think too much! And as for Dan... there is a pretty high chance that I could meet him, and I get my opinions from interviews, newsletters, and his own paragraph or so that he writes to me about "how much he enjoyed that new Interpol album that he got on Saturday and thanks for the Modest Mouse window sticker thing which would look nice on the red convertible that he'd like when he turns seventeen" and then I reply something like "oh yeah, stop dreaming!" and it's like a whole little conversation, and also because I write so often, it's like we're friends anyway. Oh no, trust me, I admire a heck of a lot more people, but these are the people that I get ridiculed for, and plus, most people wouldn't know half the people I go on about.
