It's hot...very hot, and it's only eighty-five degrees

So maybe my weather bug is broken on my computer, because it is HOT very HOT. I don't know if I will be able to survive the summer or not lol I need a pool, that's what I need. So I went on tour today with Mr. Porter's band. It was so much fun!!!! For those of you who were in this wonderful ensemble, do you remember when we played Mouth Peice Mania and the trumpets stood up at the front with just their mouth peices? Well, they brought that back this year and it was way cuter than I remembered when I did it in eigth grade. It was all guys this time though...they have yet to come up with a dynamic trumpet duo such as the four trumpeteers. (mk knows how I mean) but yeah, it was cute. I read my book the whole day. Still working on Angels and Demons that I've been reading since last summer? I can't remember when I started it. But it is sooo good. I haven't really had the time to sit down and read and now I do and its so awesome. My room is still a major disaster area. Dad told me that I had to clean it out. So far I'm up to fifteen bags of trash that I've taken out. Hey, that's pretty good. But I still have so much stuff! I'm such a back rat. Alot of clothes and stuff that I can donate I'm bringing to mission of hope. I found a box with a bunch of notes from middle school that me and Manda wrote to eachother. They all pretty much say the same thing. Hey! What's up? N/M/H LYLAS! lol yes, we had that whole "cool" middle school lingo down It was actually entertaining to read some of them. Threw them all out. Then I found all this stuff from high school that I had saved. Like this letter that Emily, MK, James? Johnnie, Fred, Nick...all the bookstore people wrote me for my bday. Yes, and I do quote: "WE hate you. YOu are ugly. Very ugly. Mary will always play the trumpet better than you." YOu know, encouraging stuff like that. But it was so stupid and HALLARIOUS. I almost started crying I was lauging so hard. I found this random picture of my name that Tabby had drawn for me and three containers backed full of picutres. Didn't I ever give y'all doubles? Among other random momentos that I have saved all eighteen years of my life. Anyway, so far this living at home thing isn't too terrible. I'm happy. Miss James, but like they say, absense makes the heart grow fonder...I get to see him in a week and two days anyway...but whos counting? :)
