yay for free laundry. and yay for the friends who let you take advantage of their free laundry day since you don't get one.
i think that the biggest test of the school year should be given in the middle of the school year when we are all still motivated instead of at the end.
i'm not going to fiji anymore. there was a political coup. yup, thats right. the fijians decided to overthrow their government so the US department of state declared fiji in a state of emergency so all non-essential travel there has been forbidden.
tonight it a turtle christmas. tonight is also the holiday party for my research team and jeff's big christmas party. and i really should be studying instead of going to any of the above, but that just isn't going to happen.
i think i'm going to end up with 2 B's and 5 A's this semester. I was really hoping to get at least one more A but organic chem is kicking my butt this semester.
we have colored christmas lights in the window of our apartment. this makes me much more happy and excited than it probably should.
i have the best genetics study group ever. ami and megan are pretty much wonderful. ami cooked us these amazing tomato/olive/cream cheese on fancy little pieces of toast as an appetizer with baked spinach/artichoke/feta & mozzarella cheese stuffed inside a croissant for our main course. it was delicious.
