what a beautiful face i've found in this place
the university of alaska at fairbanks is gorgeous. i'm seriously considering coming to grad school up here.
today was my first shower in over 5 days. and it cost $.25 a minute and i only had 3 quarters, so it was also the fastest shower i've ever taken.
it is amazing how much you learn by not having running water or electricity for two and a half weeks.
i've never had such great views while peeing and brushing my teeth as i have up here.
i've nearly perfected my "squat & swat" method. just ask me about it.
i really appreciate the fact that the sun actually sets back at home. 20 hours of light and 4 hours of dusk gets old after a week or so.
i am really going to miss the awesome friends i've made in sharing this adventure. i almost don't want it to end.
but then i remember how much i like milkshakes : )
