today is thanksgiving and im sitting here in the kitchen trying to stay out of my mother's baking rampage. my father is sitting on the couch watching tv and my brother is stowed away in his room talking to his internet girlfriend or something. so today isnt much different from any other day. i suppose we arent very family oriented but then again who wants to be when your family is dis functional and everyone hates the other members? my mom is trying to make this a holiday though...shes got her christmas music and just going to town cooking and baking for the four people in our little family here. she also spent this morning feeding homeless people at our church's soup kitchen. i did peel potatoes for her though...lol...other than that i am not much of any use. i bought her christmas present early..well one of them...her coffee pot broke so i got her her high tech, cordless, timed percolator and gave it to her early. im so tired and im feeling a little bored so ill go lay down.
