Barter fun?
So here's my idea. We're all too poor for Christmas, atleast I know I am. So to all my loved ones, this is what I'm going to do...I'm going to draw or buy a cheap book for you. All I want, if you're so motivated is for you to write me something. A short story, an essay on what you think is wrong with me or the world, a fond memory or a list of things you love. Anything, even draw me a picture. This is my barter holiday idea. Maybe everyone can join in! Gather/ make presents for who you think needs one. I'm thinking maybe even a little Christmas get together on the 21st or some such. I can be a nice trade. Homemade gifts, art, writing, a cheap novel, hell even a good deed. It can be super fun, and inexpensive. And just cos it's "Christmas" doesn't mean it isn't for EVERYONE who wants to party. We can call it "Non-denominational Winter Festival Barter Party."
