Officially an Alum
Well, as of last Friday I am officially done with college. I've now got my bachelors degree in arts in both Creative Writing and History.
Graduation was hot, sweaty, and claustrophobic. And then I got the migraine of death. After the ceremony I couldn't handle the pain in my head anymore and Andrew drove me home where I cried myself to sleep on the couch while everyone else went to dinner to celebrate my graduation. Not really how I wanted to remember it all....
So now I'm alone in Tallahassee. Josh is in Virginia and Michigan with him Mom so I've got the apartment to my lonesome. I went to Sean and Meg's Hash Hound Harriers thing the other night which was interesting. Carla spent the night that night. I've also gotten to hang out with my favourite blonde girl, Lauren Knowles. Otherwise, I've been catching up on some sewing and some reading. Oh, and I've worked a little bit too.
Saturday is my graduation party in Boca and then I leave for a week cruise on Sunday so that's exciting.

Damnit! I'm .03 from Summa Cum Laude. I graduated Magna...this is just like being number #11 again. And yes, I know I'm complaining about nonsense.
I think this is what retirement must feel like. I'm no longer a student, technically (and I felt mildly bad yesterday at the movie theatre asking for a student pass...haha!), but I don't have to search for a job since my grad school applications are already out and I'm just waiting. So I don't have much to worry about currently. It's interesting.
Anyways, I'm really hungry so I'm actually going to venture out of the house and get groceries so I don't die.
