Sunday (September 9th): I slept in then ate some lupper (lunch-supper) and watched A Few Good Men that night. Nothing too excited or notable to mention.
Monday (September 10th) - Wednesday (September 12th): Nothing too exciting to mention.
Thursday (September 13th): When we got out of class we walked up to Baker Street, topped up our Oyster cards and that night Caitlin, Kara, Amanda and myself just sat in Amanda and mine's room on our laptops the whole night.
Friday (September 14th): That evening we went into Covent Garden and we were gonna eat Mexican, but the wait was too long. So we walked across the street and ate at TGIFriday's. We walked around and saw Parliament, the London Eye, and Big Ben lit up. We came back to the college and sat around and stayed up too late.
Saturday (September 15th): Amanda and I had to wake up early to catch the coach to go to Bath, England to see the Roman Baths. We got to the Roman Bath around 12:30 and took an audio tour then the groups disbanded and Amanda and I went wandering around Bath. We stopped and I got some ice cream and she got a milkshake, then we stopped in a old-fashion looking candy store and got some candy before going to a sandwich shop and getting some really cheap, but super delicious sandwiches. We walked around Bath and went to the Jane Austen Museum (she is originally from Bath) - well, we went in the gift shop and bought old fashion stamp and wax letter seals, then walked up a steep hill to a colisum-esque circle/round-a-bout to where masonic symbols were etched. It was interesting. We walked back down to the coach park and came back to Regent's around 8pm.
That night Amanda and I had McDonald's again since the Refectory closes at 4pm on Saturdays and ran to Tesco for some snacks. We both bought cookies called Digestives - they sound disgusting, but they are delicious and high in fiber (or fibre as they spell it here). I guess that is where the name comes from.
