Wow, what a grrrrrrrreeeat weekend.
I went snowboarding for the first time this weekend, I did alright. By the end of the day I was getting the hang of it and was able to go down the slope without falling more than 5 times! YAY! We drove up to kirkwood, wow the scenery on 88 is awesome, and the roads are so much fun...
I still need to work on stopping and turning but i'm getting there, I wanna go up again. Maybe over the 4 day weekend do a trip to kirkwood? Leave at 5 a.m. and come back around 3 or 4 when everything gets icy
On the drive home we sped like crazy, my brother and I were both sore and tired and missed our girlfriends... bad mix. We were dangerous, rawr.
Saw the italian job for the first time, holy crap mini's are like 100x cooler now, wtf!

and a moment of silence for the maven, it was run over by the pathfinder by accident over the weekend.
There was sooooooooo much powder. You heard the snow squeak under you as your rode down, it was a gorgeous day too. Clear skies, 55 degrees, lovely.
