So two hours have passed since I woke up and I've managed to smoke 3 cigarettes and make myself 2 decaf espressos. I'm writing this as well. All my email accounts have been checked. I am procrastinating like crazy! Working from home is hard for me... I need to be in an "environment." Whatever that is. I need a job ( Read more... )

I definately think you should file a claim with Ebay as this seller sounds like a crock. Though don't blame that on the ghetto speak, blood. Hella gangstas would never rip a sister off like that.
:)

However, the fact that it was only $35 should have tipped you off that it was not the original, as the original goes for significantly much much more.

Sorry you are having a bad experience though. Good luck!

Well I thought it was a "Promo" and the seller said it was NOT a double CD so I knew it wouldn't be the same as the full out version (sorry I didn't elaborate above)... however I didn't expect it to be fake :/ So I did expect it would be cheaper than the 2 disc Burning Empires. See how my logic I guess was flawed.

From the seller:
Dont accuse me of copying cd's. Thats what what I
bought. Bad bubble jet printer? Whatever guy, maybe
ask before you accuse people of stuff. Go ahead and
report it I dont care. I'd concider returning it but
after all the crap youve slayed here no chance,
especially with the possible of you making a copy and
sending it back, and if I do concider a return for
you, I wouldnt do it in 3 days, I'd want my stuff back
first, and I'd leave you negative feedback as well,
doesnt accomplish much, but whatever guy.

I wouldn't call that ghetto speak so much as lack of spelling, grammar, and intelligent argument.

At least it's amusing for the hassle you are going through.

Go straight to Ebay. The seller is clearly not willing to work with you, and antagonizing him further will just make the situation worse. He did not indicate that it was a CDR in the listing, so he's wrong and you are right.
