Hey lady! Those things sound pretty delicious. I know one thing that helped me out a lot (and also helped me to lose some weight) was checking labels for high fructose corn syrup! You wouldn't believe what items have it in it. I know that when I cut out high fructose, and only drank water and milk that i felt a lot better too.

I also really enjoy quinoa. It is really tasty if you have not tried it. Its like a couscous but not a couscous. I think it is considered a complete grain. They also have it in flake form and you can use it to bake with or eat it in the mornings like oatmeal. The flakes are a little bland and I add just a tiny bit of organic sugar to it along with some frutis like strawberries and blueberries, etc.

A good magazine that I really enjoy for recipes is eating well magazine. And- the you on a diet book is also a great reference book and tells you all about sugar substitutes and things like that. Did you know that Stevia I think its called Truvia now is really bad for men especially? And has been shown to cause impotence!

Anyways hope this helps! Another thing that I also used to eat in the mornings was a protein shake...Whey protein with skim or 1% milk...It is pretty low in calories, since its not the one to add bulk to someone...It is called Universal Super Why Pro ( I think I bought it at Wegmans)... it has 100 calories per serving and 17.5 g protein. I usually put 2 scoops protein in with 8 ounces of milk, and it keeps me feeling full! MMmm vanilla!
