erm... haven't posted in a while. Still preferring to read LJ over FB, but have to say posting to FB seems to be easier...
Work is super-crazy trying to figure out a new area of work with a crazy ass schedule. Seems to be going ok though.
Been good about gymming after work, but bad about food intake, so the weight's been stable rather than falling.
Pony's off to e.Wa for a few days for his family meeting. Will let him talk about that. We have out of town guests that I'll be entertaining while he's away, and of course we're celebrating his birthday this weekend at Seattle Bearacuda @ Chop Suey on Saturday. WooT

Just booked my trip back to the UK for August. Yay. Looking forward to AJDESQ's 40th celebrations and seeing my sis & family!
The MuffinTops is going well. I actually felt genuine enjoyment playing a sport at practice last Saturday. Never knew I had it in me. Don't care that I'm totally crap - unfit, no strength, and no hand-eye co-ordination - but I enjoy it so wtf.
Tanker got a new ramp for the truck so he wont hurt himself getting out and we can stop lifting him up now that he's 145lbs!!!
