Being the boss.

Rules.
No really it does rule.

However,
having to fire someone does not.

My first official boss job,
where I get to flex my big boss lady muscle,
will be firing someone.

I am not looking forward this.
This without a doubt is the shittiest part of being a manager.
I know its for the good of my business and team,
however, I really don't want to do it.

Other than that the job is great.
We haven't made our goal yet but we are so close!
