what NOT to do at a wake...
1. Condolence to Kristines dad. It was...something i didnt expect. No one did.
It was also strange being there. Remember that Kristine and I had a falling out in first year HIGH SCHOOL. but it was also good to be there. and it seemed like all was forgotten when she held on to me for a few seconds.

2. dewi. my god. its almost as if we never stopped communicating. here the perfect formula for a good high
dewi + me = hilarity
dewi + me + driver = sexual hilarity and not in the physical sense
dewi + me + tonylou = things you shouldnt do at a wake
i love this woman. did i just embarrass myself with this non-revalation? (whats the spelling of embarrass and revalation? embarrass? embarass? revelation? im so STOOpid.)
3. maneesh. so...were meeting up this weekend i heard? dont make it saturday...i mite go out with my block, u know, if i decide to be a nice girl for once to them

5. yesterday tonylou, dewi and i tried to defend our actions by saying that a wake is actually more like a reunion in the philippines than it is a time for mourning like anywhere else in the world. this isnt said with any offense to the deceased. this is just the filipino culture. our hearts definitely were intent on paying our respects, but its also the time we see people we havent seen since high school graduation. well, some of them.
