the way they are talking, the chiefs will continue to not see green take the field this sunday nor dante b/c they aren't sure what's up with his hip, but all signs point to larry returning even with an extremely sore neck.
got back from lunch with alex bo - we talked shop, etc. he wrote me a check to pay for two little mermaids -
yo_adrienne1, on my discount it's $17.58 total including tax. the fox & the hound also was released today, but that movie's so sad, i don't think i could pay $17.58 for it.
here's why i like heroes - interesting storylines, communication between characters, no yellow or blue filters, and no rack editing/rack focus crap like they do on the nin9, kidnapped, 24, battlestar galactica, the csis, justice, the unit, criminal minds, etc etc etc etc etc...i don't care if heroes staff & crew are falling apart...THANK YOU, NBC!
what about brian? premiered to less than pretty numbers - is that surprising considering nobody watched it when it was a midseason LAST season?
speaking of the nin9, i am intrigued. i'll give it a couple more episodes before i think csi:ny is more worthy of my 10pm timeslot on wednesdays (only b/c of hill and anna, people!)
shelbyg and i played
stubbs the zombie for 6 hours saturday nite -
cspariah had rented it but was ready to call of duty 2 after a few minutes of gameplay including a robot humping a car in order to fill it up at the pump. shelby and i gave up at sniper alley, but really gave up before that on the tank (and shelby was ready to call it quits when we had to play dance dance simon with the police chief early on) - pity, b/c we only had two more scenes to go before beating the entire game - whatever that meant. the cornfields and the farmhouse are the best!!!
