Rental angst
Our real estate rental manager just barged in with a valuer, saying that they’d sent out written notice a few weeks ago AND tried to call us this morning. We haven’t received notice OR phone calls. I’m the kind of person who is quite private so I’m really shaken.
So, is there any recourse if they SAY they’ve sent out warning but you haven’t received it?
AND wtf are they doing with valuations/ inspections on January 2nd? Like, please excuse all the beer bottles and spent sparklers you silly wench stinking of cheap perfume?!
