Renting out apartments

I know there's always lots of posts on here about trying to rent an apartment, but is there anyone with some experience of the other side? I bought my lovely little apartment not so long ago and may now need to rent it out. I'm interested in hearing about :

- agents that are worth seeing (and worth avoiding)
- anything I should know / watch out for?
- what I should expect or not expect from the agents?
